  • I read you're also a doula. Do you offer prenatal resources?

  • Do you offer returns or refunds?
    Elide by Wildflowers intends to ensure quality products, service, and arrival. We are not responsible for lost or damaged orders nor can we accept product to be returned for any reason; however, we are open to correcting any issues on a case-by-case basis. Please get in touch with us at info@elidebywildflowers.com should any issues arise.
  • Do Elide's products need to be refrigerated before opening?
    Yes! Although honey and lemon juice act as natural preservatives, we still recommend refrigerating the tonics and ready-to-drink beverages even before you open the bottles to ensure the product stays fresh!
  • Do you offer wholesale?
    We do! Please email us at info@elidebywildflowers.com to receive our product guide and wholesale information with pricing.
  • Do you offer Elderberry Tonic without honey?
    Yes! Although we do not list honey-free Elderberry Tonics on the website, we are happy to entertain requests for infants under 12 months old, vegans, or anyone else, for that matter. We typically offer to make a made-to-order batch with either organic agave or maple syrup.
  • I have a picky eater. How do I get my loved one to take their Elderberry Tonic?
    Great question! Overall, we have amazing feedback on taking the tonics straight. However, if you have a loved one who doesn't care to take the tonic straight, we recommend adding a dose to sparkling water, lemonade, smoothies, mocktails, juice, applesauce, or yogurt. Get creative and report back - we love to hear the fun ways people get their Elderberry in each day!
  • Shipping Policy
    All orders will be processed within 3 - 5 business days. There may be variances on arrival dates due to zip code and delivery for residential or commercial address. Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends or holidays to ensure quality arrival. Orders received Thursday through Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday. Once an order is shipped, Elide by Wildflowers will provide a tracking number via email. Please ensure someone will be at the address to receive the delivery shipment. If you have any questions regarding status of your order, please contact info@elidebywildflowers.com. Elide by Wildflowers products must be stored immediately in the refrigerator upon arrival. Elide by Wildflowers intends to ensure quality arrival. We are not responsible for damaged orders due to extreme seasonal temperatures; however, we are open to correcting any issues on a case-by-case basis. Please get in touch with info@elidebywildflowers.com should any issues arise. At this time, we can only fulfill orders to the continental US. We do not deliver to P.O Boxes, Army Post Offices, or fleet post offices.
