SHIPPING POLICY

All orders will be processed within 2 - 5 business days. There may be variances in arrival dates due to zip code and delivery for a residential or commercial address. Orders are not processed or delivered on Weekends or Holidays to ensure quality arrival. Orders received Thursday through Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday.

 

Once an order is shipped, Elide by Wildflowers will provide a tracking number via email. Please ensure someone is at the address to receive the shipment for delivery. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order, please send an email to info@elidebywildflowers.com. Elide by Wildflowers products must be stored immediately in the refrigerator upon arrival.

Elide by Wildflowers intends to ensure quality arrival. We are not responsible for damaged orders due to extreme seasonal temperatures; however, we are open to correcting any issues on a case-by-case basis. Please get in touch with info@elidebywildflowers.com if any issues should arise.

At this time, we can only fulfill orders to the continental US. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, Army Post Offices, or fleet post offices.
